Approximately 1 in 4 adults seeks counseling at some point in their lives. It is a practical starting point to the healing of old wounds, heightened understanding of the self, and creation of positive change. Our therapeutic techniques include psychodynamic and relational styles while incorporating in additional frameworks when needed. We provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults and work with individuals, couples, and families. Often, psychotherapy is most effective over time but we provide shorter term therapy as well for those interested in working through a particular issue rather than their lives/selves as a whole.
